YOur request is very vague. I suggest re-posting with more specifics. Give ancestors name, date of birth, or any other known informaiton.

Do you mean they are from the comune of Parma or a a comune in the province of Parma? If the town, there are civil records from 1500 - 1910 available from LDS family history center.

Here is a post by Trish on how to use these records:

OK, my Grandfather was Lodovico Pizzorni, born in the town of Parma on
5-12-1914. He married my Grandmother, Rosa (maiden name unkown), also born in Parma. They had 4 children, Luigi, Germana, Ennio and Bruno. Ennio is my dad, who died in 2003. I am looking for death, birth and any other records for my grandfather and previous generations.
This is as much as I know until I can contact the family in Italy.

Well: for Lodovico you can request the birthact, and also the marriage act( so you know also the maiden name of Rosa); also you can request the birthact of Rosa( is possible by Lodovico data); also you in same letter can request the birthact of child s born in Parma, and for previous generations record you can request the Certificato di Famiglia Storico( by payment) in free paper( for 1 name you pay 2, 58 euros if in free paper, with stump you pay 5, 16 euros for 1 name); I advice that you, after the request birthacts and marriage act of Lodovico, knowing parents name, you see the microfilms of Mormons of Parma, and so you have all records, and no payment for you, why are much expensive......
