On the 14th of December 1866, appeared Gaetano Ermigiotti, age: 44, son of Nicola, profession: shoemaker, living: Atri, presented a male baby born of his wife: Geltrude Cervone, age: 41, profession: ?, baby named: Raffaele.

The two witnesses, I believe, are Gaetano ?, age 48, profession: blacksmith and Gaetano Dainella ?, age 61, profession: shoemaker.

On the left side is a marriage notation: Raffaelle Ermigiotti, united in marriage to Lucrazia ? , ? October 1889 in Atri.

Made a couple of corrections above as I see them.
Could not read the profession of the mother.
The surname of witness 2, COULD be Porcella...

There is another notation for marriage on page 2 -
United in marriage 29 November 1892 with Maria Martella...
