Hi everyone!
I need some help translating this birth record.

Rosa Lo Iacono - The line towards the bottom where her name is written - is it stating that the baby died?
She is a twin, sister Ignazia's birth is documented on the page across from Rosa.
Thank you!

Dated Nov 5, 1904.
Informant, baby's father, Salvatore Lo Iacono, 51, day laborer living in Sciara. He reported that a female infant had been born today to his wife, Rosa Randazzo, age 40, a housewife, in the house at 56 Corso Principe Sciara. It was this infant of feminine sex whom he was presenting and who was recognized by the town official to be without life. The infant was given the name Rosa.
