Dated 18 January 1886 at 11:30 AM at the town office in Pollica
Appeared Antonio Carracino, 43, laborer living in Celso, to declare that at 3:00 AM on the 18th of the current month, at Corso Velino #12, to Filomena Severini, his wife, laborer, living with him, was born a female child who was presented to the official and to whom was given the name EUGENIA
Witnesses to the record: Antonio Brancia, 53, shoemaker; Angelo Lanza, 72, landowner.

DEATH NOTATION at the right...
Died 1 August 1980 in Pollica, Act #14
She lived to the ripe old age of 94!! :-D
