Second page at the top states that at the celebration of the marriage were present the mother of the groom and the parents of the bride to give their consent.
At the bottom of the page it mentions the notification of the marriage being affixed to the door of the town office on the 14the day, a Sunday, of December last.
The RIGHT side of the image lists the documents that were presented including:
1 - the birth act of the groom (29 October 1826)
2 - the death act of the groom's father (18 April 1841 or 1846)
3 - the death act of the groom's grandfather (7 [can't read month] 1803)
4 - the birth act of the bride (4 August 1832)

Page 3 is the list of witnesses:
Giuseppe Miscioscia(?), 35. laborer
Luigi Tarantino, 35, laborer
Filippo di Chiara, 50, laborer
Francesco Massillo, 50, laborer
