Looking for the mothers last name. (Can't tell if the 1st letter is a F or a G?)

The initial letter is not an F or G. Look at the F in the word Febbraio and the Gs in the name Giuseppa Girardi. They are formed completely different. I am thinking it is a surname like Iccario, which is found in the Italian phonebook as Icario (in the Naples area, but not in Cervinara). Other than this possibility, I am at a complete loss.
