I am throwing out a possibility for Teresa's surname, but I can't say this is it-
I see Iaderosta, but there is no such surname. I am wondering if what looks like a "t" is an "s" which would give you Iaderossa, but the surname which exists today is spelled Iaderosa (not in Cervinara but in nearby towns). Other than this, I am completely stumped by this surname at the moment.

Also I can't decipher the occupation.

Hi all!
I think the surname is Iadaresta (still existing in region Campania), and the occupation is "dottor fisico" (substantially, a physician).
