translation request, pls

a newly discovered cousin and I have been in communication. he sent me a link to a short youtube video in which he is being interviewed with a friend or co-worker (I am not quite sure who she is). the video is abt 10 mins long.

would anyone be willing to watch this and give me a general idea of the conversation? between my limited vocabulary and the rate of speech, i am lost.
