I can't figure out the name of Vincenzo Braile's mother's last name. Caterina...????? Need expert advice.

I believe the surname of the mother is PAPPATERRA

Cherubina Pappaterra is the widow of Vincenzo Braile. Gennaro is the father and Caterina something is the mother. It looks like A-M-O-N-S-E or A-M-O-N-F-E. The closest real name I could find is Amorosa, but that's stretching it. Any good guesses out there?
