I'd appreciate some help reading the critical information from this marriage record for Francesca Paola Campaniello from Vieste in 1870.

Also, I see it has the mother of the groom as Maria Lugia Cutella born in Mafredonia. Does it have the birthplace of the father Michele?

Before the official …appeared personally..Santoro Santoro, widower of deceased Maria Grumo(?), age 29, laborer, born and residing in Vieste, son of deceased Giovanni and [deceased] Angela Ruggieri.
AND
Francesca Paola Campaniello, single, age 20, peasant farmer born in Manfredonia, and resident of Vieste, daughter of married couple Michele, a sailor/mariner and Maria Luigia Cutello(?), spinner, both born in Manfredonia and residing in Vieste.
