Hello Nicolette! Welcome to the forum :-)

What you have linked is not a marriage act, but the "Allegati" or attachments to the marriage act. These were documents that would have been presented by the spouses to the official at the time of the marriage.

Here is what you have:
1 - Cover page
2 & 3 - An extract of the birth record of Clementina Marcucci (#108)
This states that Clementina was born on 18 July 1869 in Montorio al Vomano,
to Paolo Marcacci, 45, landowner, son of deceased Serafino, and to Eugenia Celli, his wife, landowner.
4 & 5 - An extract of birth for Ferdinando Pannella (#385)
This states that Ferdinando was born on 18 September 1867 in Cavuccio (a frazione/hamlet of Teramo), to Luigi, 34, peasant farmer son of deceased Ferdinando of Cavuccio, and to Maddalena Zilli, 24, his wife.
6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are Certificates of the Publication of the Banns of marriage in Montorio and in Teramo prior to the marriage. Banns were posted on 20 and 27 November and 1 December 1892, between...
Ferdinando Pannella, single, 25, tailor born and residing in Cavuccio, son of Luigi and of Maddalena Zilli
AND
Clementina Marcacci, single, 23, weaver born and residing in Montorio al Vomano, daughter of deceased Paolo and living Eugenia Celli of Montorio.

Need to make a correction on the surname of Clementina in the birth extract
2 & 3 - An extract of the birth record of Clementina Marcacci (#108)
This states that Clementina was born on 18 July 1869 in Montorio al Vomano,
to Paolo Marcacci, 45, landowner, son of deceased Serafino, and to Eugenia Celli, his wife, landowner.
Just a typo :-) The correct spelling is Marcacci...
