Would you please translate the attached. I would like to know if it gives a street or home location. I cannot read it but I think she was born on April 11th.

Dated on April 12, 1864, the birth of Maria Calapia took place on the 11th but the address of the house in which she was born is not given. The father, Giovanni Calapia, was age 32 and a day laborer. Mother, Giuseppa Milone, was 34 and living with her husband. Witnesses to the declaration of the birth and presentation of the infant were Santi Amodio, age 40, a shoemaker, and Giuseppe Gatto, age 50, a day laborer. Both were residents of the town.
Maria was baptized in the parish of the town on the 12th.
The informant and witnesses were illiterate and did not sign the document.
