currently the free online records for the town are minimal and not for the years you need-these are available at www.familysearch.org under Continental Europe and then the following:

Italy, Caserta, Santa Mar...on (Tribunale), 1866-1929
Sessa Aurunca

Matrimoni 1925-1929 Morti 1923-1924

You can regularly check this website, as eventually the remainder of the records should be online, but I have no idea when.

In the meantime, if you live close to a Mormon church which houses a family history center, you can rent microfilm and use it there. The following is a list of records which have been microfilmed:

BTW, you probably already know this but Pasquale's mother's name was Maria Varone. She is on a passenger list in 1908 going to her son Pasquale and traveling with a daughter named Angela. She died in Bristol, Ct in 1917.
