Dated July 13, 1887 at 9:40 a.m. Appearing at the town hall of Frigento was Luigi Ciriello,age 42, peasant/farmer living in Frigento who reported that at 3:20 a.m. on the 11th of the current month, in the house at #8 Quarto Vico Duomo, his wife, Maria Giuseppa Cipriano, a peasant/farmer who was living with him, gave birth to a male infant whom he was presenting and to whom was being given the name, Giuseppe Nicola. Witnesses were Lorenzo Testa, age 30, a priest, and Carlo Testa, age 22, a property owner. The declarant, Ciriello, was illiterate and did not sign the document below.
