BIRTH RECORD NO 75 – VITONICOLA MONTECALVO
Dated 20 May 1870 Frigento
Appearing is Marciano Montecalvo, son of (deceased) Saverio, age 36, living in Frigento, to declare that a male baby was born yesterday, 19 of the current month (May) at 5 p.m. to his wife Carmina Ciriello, daughter of (deceased) Nicola, at the address Strada San Rocco – can't see a number? Child to be named Vitonicola.
Angela
P.S. Just noticed it says "nella casa sua" so baby born "in his home" in this town at Strada San Rocco. I think that's right.

I couldn't see anything else that I may have missed but maybe someone more experienced could take a look.

An agricoltore was believed to have been a middle peasant. As such, he had a three to six year contract as a lessee on a small or medium sized plot, which belonged to a civile (landowner) or a local artisan. He also owned a house and animals. He ate whatever wheat he grew and marketed small amounts of grain and other produce locally (Gabaccia, p. 40).
