Dated May 27, 1888 in Frigento. Appearing was Raffaele d'Avino, age 50 a peasant/farmer in the town who reported that on the 27th, in the house at 18 Contrada Corno, his wife Maria Celesta Costantino, a peasant/farmer living with him, gave birth to a male infant whom he was presenting and to whom was being given the name, Rocco.

The declarant (baby's father) did not sign the document below, as he was illiterate.
