This looks to be a Solemn Promise of Marriage – NOT a death…

Dated 27 November 1835 at 6 PM at the town office in Termini
Before the official appeared Matteo Mascari, 30, born in Termini… residing in Termini (no address given); fisherman, (side notation – son of Saverio, fisherman residing in Termini), and of deceased Ninfa Genovese
AND
Anna Maria d’Attilo, single, born and residing in Termini, daughter of Filippo, fisherman residing in Termini and of deceased Maria Bordonaro.
The spouses were assisted by their fathers who were present to give their formal consent
Notification (banns) were posted on 8 November of the current year on the door of the town office.
The spouses provided the following documents:
1 – Baptism of the groom
2 – Baptism of the bride
3 – Act of death of the mother of the groom
4 – Act of deth of the mother of the bride
5 – Act of notification
6 – Certification of notification with no opposition

Continuation – the official stated that he saw these documents and placed them in the folder of attachments to the Solemn Promise.

Witnesses: Agostino Pusateri, 23, farmer? Residing in Termini; and Salvadore Battaglia, 28, also residing here, peasant farmer.

Not that I see.
The notation reads, "aggiunta figlio di Saverio di professione pescatore dom-to in Termini"
Which translates: "addition, son of Saverio of profession fisherman residing (abbreviated) in Termini"
