Help Translating Italian Archives Information

Dear Friends At Italiangenealogy, I have just received the following information about my ancestors in Italy from the Archives In Caserta. I hope that someone will kindly translate the information for me. I can tell by the names and dates that the information is truly about my family.

Gentile sig. De Tora Marion le comunico in prima che l' Archivio di Stato di Caserta conserva gli atti di Stato Civile (nati, matrimoni,processi matrimoniali, morti e atti diversi del Tribunale di S. Maria Capua Vetere) dal 1809 al 1865. Per i periodi oltre il 1865 deve rivolgersi all ufficio di Stato Civile del Comune di nascita. Ho cercato in Teano e in Casale di Carinola l'atto di nascita del suo bisnonno De Tora Andrea dal 1848 al 1852 ma con esito negativo. Ho trovato però consultando gli Esiti di Leva e i Ruoli matricolari che Andrea De Tora in Italia risulta sposato ben due volte ed ha avuto due figli Vincenzo e Palmiro :
1 ) Nel foglio matricolare di De Tora Vincenzo nato a Teano il 4 luglio 1877 (n. matricola 5035) Andrea risulta sposato con la deceduta Montuori Maria Amalia;
2) Nel foglio matricolare di De tora Palmiro nato a Teano il 26 ottobre 1883 (n.matricola 10797) Andrea risulta sposato con Pisano Marta.De Tora Vincenzo in data 20 Febbraio 1901 si era recato in America a Laurence e il 22 agosto a New Iorh.Purtroppo a Teano non ho trovato nulla su Andrea De Tora.

Dear madam, I first of all inform you that the Archivio di stato of Caserta keeps the vital records (received by the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere) from 1809 to 1865. For the years after 1865 you must refer to the Comune, place of birth. I searched the birth record of Andrea De Tora in the years from 1848 to 1852, for Teano and Casale di Carinola, the result was negative. I have, on the other hand, found the record for the Leva and for the Ruoli Matrimoniali. Andrea was married twice and had 2 sons, Vincenzo and Palmiro.
1 According to the foglio Matricolare for Vincenzo De Tora, born in Teano July 4 1877, Andrea appears to be the widower of the decease Maria Amalia Montuori
2 According to the foglio Matricolare for Palmiro De Tora, born in Teano Oct 26 1883, Andrea is married to Marta Pisano. Vincenzo De Tora went to America, Laurence, in Feb 20 1901 and to New York on 22 August 1901.
Unfortunately I could not find anything about Andrea De Tora in Teano.
