Hi everyone! I would appreciate help with a death record for Tommaso Introna. The record is in the back of the records for the 1905 in Molfetta. I think he died on December 14th. The parents should be Corrado and Lucia Ciccobella. If anyone can translate any other information on the record, I would be most appreciative.

Tommaso died in the Hospital of the town of Sansevero. He was 46 and a peasant, the son of Corrado and Lucia Ciccolella, both deceased, and the widower of Maria ????.

Maria's surname looks like Lavecchia, but I can't decipher what precedes the surname.
