Mother's last name is for sure Magiacapra. A name that is very much present in Cesa.
First name of the father looks most like Innocenzo, I'd put that at about 75% certainty.

Just corrected my first post; pretty sure its Innocenzo. The -enzo part is very clear, so I can't think of any other name that fits.

I read Mangiacapre, a name that is also present in Cesa.
