Dated 19 April 1871 in Chiaromonte at the town office at noon.
Appearing before the official was Caterina Civale, 50,yo midwife, daughter of deceased Vincenzo. She presented a male child who she declared was born yesterday at 10 PM to Margherita Poppo(sp?), daughter of Giuseppe, she is age 43, a peasant farmer; and [born] to her husband Francesco Landi, son of deceased Antonio. Francesco is age 46, a carpenter, and they both reside in the town. The child was given the name NUNZIATO GAETANO.
Witnesses to the recording of the act were Nicolo Breglia, son of Giuseppantonio; and Giuseppe Puppo, son of deceased Giacxxxx, both peasant farmers residing in the town.
