Birth Record: Angelo Ottavio Pivato

At the bottom of this birth record, what is the given name for Giovanni's deceased father? I highlighted this area. Also, what is the word before Giovanni?

Appreciate your input.

The word directly before Giovanni is the surname "Pivato". It reads "moglie a Pivato Giovanni fu" so basically "wife to Pivato Giovanni of deceased....?" I can't read his father's name at the minute.
