Donato Vitiello - Bella, Italy

Hello,

I just started researching my husband's genealogy, and I'm stuck on his Italian relatives. His great-grandfather is Donato Vitiello born July 24, 1884 in Bella, Italy and died December 14, 1942 in Wilmington, Delaware. His wife is Vincenza Pacella (changed her name to Jennie in the US) and was born June 24, 1889 in Muro Lucano, Italy and died September 25, 1943 in Wilmington, Delaware. I've found a good amount of information on ancestry.com (world war II draft cards, naturalization papers, passport application, etc.) but I'd like to know their parents and get more information from Italy.

Where do I start? Any info greatly appreciated!

You can search the Italian civil records available online at family search.
These records are in Italian.

To get you started... here is the link to the birth act (#127) of Donato Vitiello in 1884 in Bella.
His date of birth is actually 26 July
Father was Francesco Vitiello, a 38 year old peasant farmer.
Mother was Lucia Giuseffi, his wife, peasant farmer.
Child was born at the place at Via Campidoglio #9.

Searched for Vincenza/Jennie birth in Muro Lucano 1889... not there. Also checked years 1888 and 1890... not there
Found this POSSIBLE birth in 1887 on 28 June in Muro Lucano (#201)
Father - Antonio Pacella, 28, landowner
Mother - Serafina Giuseffi, his wife, weaver

Looks like the above birth act for Vincenza is correct
Here is the Marriage of Donato Vitiello and Vincenza Pacella 7 February 1909 in Muro Lucano... Same parents as above records.
At this marriage he was 24 and she was 21.

They were married 14 November 1879
Antonio Pacella was single, age 20, a peasant farmer born in Muro Lucano.
His father is the deceased Vito [Pacella] and mother is living Maria Cardillo
Serafina Giuseffi was single, age 17, born in Bella.
Her parents were Giuseppantonio Giuseffi and Vincenza Grieco, both living.
Banns of Marriage were posted in both towns on 27 September and 5 October.
Mother of groom and parents of bride were present to give their consent.

Marriage on 4 July 1869.
Francesco was 23, peasant farmer son of Felice, and of Pasqualina Pignataro, both peasant farmers residing in Bella
Lucia was 16, daughter of Giuseppantonio, and of Vincenza Grieco, peasant farmers residing there.
