Yes, the marriage to Maria Carmina Ceraso is AngeloMichele's second marriage.
In the list of documents for the Pubblicazione (Banns) is listed the death act of Maria Lettieri, his first wife.

Translation of the first record - which is a publication of banns of marriage and NOT the marriage record.

AND
Maria Carmina Ceraso, 23, landowner residing in the town, daughter of Raffaele who is a landowner residing in the town, and of Maddalena Terri(sp?) who is a landowner in the town.
They presented the document of the death of Maria Lettieri, wife of AngeloMichele Salerno to the official.
Right column shows that banns were posted on 29 May, 5 June and 9 June.
