Dated Aug 24, 1822 (not sure of the year). This is a record for an abandoned female-who appeared to a month old; without any signs on her body. She was given the name Fortunata Stoppa, and I believe she was consigned to Bernice Raimo. That's about all I can make out.

Just to add to what I previously wrote. The presentation of the infant was made by 60 year old Rosa Buonopane who was a peasant living in the town. It was made in the presence of two witnesses, both property owners in the town. I see that the female infant was e` nata da ...ignoti. I can't decipher the word which precedes ignoti. I see that she was exposta viva (exposed alive) ad una porta ( I can't make out the word which comes after door) or the rest of what precedes the next sentence which starts Noi dopo
