So I am looking at this death record and wondering why after morte it has the name Caterina Riela? looks like daughter of Stefano and Francesca Paolo C?????, then it has Girolomo ragusa is this a case where mother and child died????

Girolamo Ragusa was a foundling in the care of (a ward of) the Palermo Institute for foundlings, and died at the age of 7 months and 9 days.

Caterina was his wetnurse, (as well as the wife of Francesco Paolo Cassata). Girolamo died while at her house.
