This was the message of an American friend, but now she can not help me flew in the sky ...

"Also, I find that in the 1885-86 city directory, the fruit and confectionery business at 164 Washington St. is now owned by a Davide Badaracco. The Foppiani's are no longer listed in the 1885-86 directory. In later years, Mr. Badaracco moves diagonally across the street to the southeasterly corner of Elm and Washington Streets. He is initially in a small building and later he builds a fairly large brick building, which still exists today."

Perhaps David Badaracco at 164 Washington Street could be among the first five names:

Did your American friend mean in 1885 or 1886 BOSTON directory? Not Attleboro?
