I've never formally studied Spanish, but I believe I understand the document-
Erudita

Ninfa Magdalena (Maddalena in Italian) Menendez, female sex, illegitimate daughter of Biviana Elisa Menendez, originally of Santa Ana and of this domicile, born at 9:30 in the morning on the 25th day of the month of last May in the Conception district of this city. Reported by Pedro (Pietro) Soberanis (sp?), natural father of the newborn. He was of San Salvador and ? (can't decipher the word after the word y), June 2, 1910.
