Italian Birth Record Translation

I found what I think is a civil birth record for my wife's grandfather, Pasquale De Luca. I would like to get it translated to English. Can anyone help? Or suggest someone who might be able translate it. I have attached the document.

Dated 2 September 1886 at 10:20 am at the town office in Caccamo.
Before the official appeared Giuseppe Deluca, son of deceased Filippo Neri, 35, shopkeeper residing in Termini and occasionally here, to declare that on the 29th of the previous month at 2 pm at the house in Caccamo, to Anastasia Cocilovo, his wife, daughter of deceased Giuseppe, residing with him, was born a male child who was presented to the official and to whom was given the name Pasquale Silvio.
Witnesses were Catalano Giuseppe, 71, clerk, and Gianfilippo Simone, 51, clerk, both residing in this town.
Only the official and the declarant signed as the others were illiterate.

Obviously the correct one is Cociluovo

Thanks so much for the translation. Question. It says Guiseppe Deluca's father was the some Filippo Neri. Was Neri his father's surname. Or was it Fililppo Neri Deluca and the Deluca was just dropped?

I would say that Filippo Neri was the Given name and Deluca the surname
