Researching Tutolo/Faioli for my Mom

Hello, hope someone can help me because I've hit a brick wall State side. I am looking to find my great grandparents who were born in Foiano di Val Fortore. Giovanni Tutolo was born in 1895 and served in WWI. Emanuella Faioli was born in 1898. I know they were married in Italy, then immigrated to the states around 1920. I'm trying to find their marriage certificate. Also the names of their parents and any preceding family members.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My mother has been researching on and off for a few years but is sick so I am picking up where she left off to help her. Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately, there seem to be no records online for Foiano.
You should write to the Commune to request birth records, and check if they have an annotation for marriage.
You can possibly use templates made available in other threads.
