Help transcribing & translating mystery document

Hello.

I recently found the above referenced document and could use some help translating/transcribing it/and identifying what it is.

My Great Grandfather was Ferdinando Faraldi. His name appears to be in this document, and I am wondering if this document has any clues about where he was from...as this is an unknown branch from my family.

Any help would be appreciated.

mother Maria Corradi born in Santo Stefano al mare, Italy

On Apr 30 1929 he married in Cannes (France) Anna Marie Velle

It is a letter to the Military Court of Cuneo asking for a true (certified) copy of the acquittal of the Soldier Fernando Faraldi born 1892 Sept 18 in Antbes (Savona district). So that he can be released and can return home
