Is this some type of error on their end? Were they actually sending me the record that I requested? Or some type of Bot response?

the first 2 images are abt the receipt of your email sent to certified email address of Commune... the last image: the clerk saying that attached are the documents requested.. you received the attachments?

I got it to work. The attachment for some reason didn't show up in my hotmail account, but it showed up when i forwarded it to my yahoo account.

Posta certificato is a service of cerified email. Very secure and only used in Italy and one other country. It's address is usually......pec.it
It can be opened only with Outlook or maybe Yahoo. Gmail won't open the attached files.

I just tried and was able to open with gmail the attached files (pdf and jpg) received from a PEC account.
