Hi Lovehel,
I can tell you that it opens with "Hi, how are you?" :)
The rest is beyond my expertise.
If you don't get a response on this forum, type the text into translate.google.com. You will get an approximate translation, maybe enough to understand the gist of the letter.

I can tell you this is a private letter, dealing with the feelings of people involved. I wouldn't leave it as public.

I highly agree with Pippo on this one. Although the letter begins with the writer wishing the receiver well with the pursuit of his/her studies, the rest of the letter is very personal in nature with the writer saying that what he/she is telling the receiver is from "friend to friend." To me this means that the letter's content is highly confidential in nature and was not meant to be posted in an open forum. I personally think this post should be removed by one of the forum's administrators.
