I think ancestry has some major errors in it and need to confirm before I rant about how people really need to check sources before posting crap, so frustrating sometimes, I do not post anything until I can prove things beyond a shadow of a doubt. I have found so many errors in these tress it is not even funny. Rant over.

I don't see birth records for that town online for the year 1869. On the antenati website, the records only go to 1865. On family search, here''s the link.
