any thoughts about what is written in groom's father's profession - "della ???"

It looks like "Fisico" so a physician.

I didn't even look at what preceded the word fisico and did actualy wonder whether it should have been Dottor Fisico. So yes, mmogno is correct, the father was a Dottor Fisico which is simply a Physician. I remember having this profession in one of my records.

mmogno - thanks for deciphering 'dottor' . in looking at the record again more enlarged, i see a blemish in the film that hides the 'r.' thanks for catching that!
