I also have this Marriage Record. It appears to be a recording in Italy of a Marriage that occurred in Pennsylvania (if I am deciphering things correctly).

They were married in the city of Jeannette, in Westmoreland, Pa., by a Justice of the Peace, on March 1, 1902-no. 15309. There is no info about their ages or parents' names given in the record.

I did know that was where they weer married. I am just surprised that the record was also sent to the home parish.

The record is not dated in Romano Canavese until May 26th, 1911. It was originally in English and translated into the Italian before being entered into the town's register.
