Cuneo to Casagrande - Name chance

I found my Great Grandfather : Giovanni Batista Cuneo Birth record Image # 32.

Could you help me with the parents name in the record, and also help me with what is written in the side column.

I think I may be a Casagrande not a Cuneo, but this is the first time I'm transcribing and may have it all wrong.

The annotation is a correction by the court of the names of the parents, and the child.
It appears that the "new" registration of birth is located in 1894, Parte II, #1 - in his Comune (Orero)
Child's surname appears to have been corrected to Casagrande; father is corrected to Pietro Giuseppe Casagrande; and mother is corrected to Vittoria Scuntia(sp?).
