The undersigned Civil Office certifies that on the Sundays, 7 and 14 of February 1904,
was posted to the door the publication of marriage contract between Celestino Maltagliati, son of deceased David Maltagliati and of Maria Palamidessi
and... Clorinda Lupori, daughter of Angelo Lupori and Pellegrina Pucci, and that the publication resulted in no opposition to the marriage.
Dated 20 February 1904 in Uzzano.

Celestino Maltagliati, single, 23, farmer born in Uzzano, residing Uzzano, son of deceased David and of Maria Palamidessi
AND
Clorinda Lupori, single, age 20, farmer born in Uzzano, residing Uzzano, daughter of Angelo and of Pellegrina Puci

There is no indication of the actual marriage date in these allegati records.
Usually the marriage took place the week after the second banns, BUT it could take place ANYTIME after the publication of banns and no opposition.
The fact that the certificates were released on 20 February, in my opinion, suggests a marriage date of 20, 21, or 22. However, to be certain, you will need the marriage act. :-)
