I need help to translate the cursive (handwritten) the marriage certificate of my ancestors: Carmini Monaco and Rosa Solimando

This is not the marriage act, but the notification of no opposition to the marriage.

Dated 24 December 1858 at 4 PM before the official in Spinoso.
The official gives notice to all that
Carmine Monaco, age 25, a carpenter residing in Montemurro, son of Giovan Vincenzo [Monaco], a carpenter residing in Montemurro; ad of deceased Caterina Santo(?)
AND
Maria Rosa Solimando, age 20, daughter of Francesco [Solimando], a proprietor residing in Spinoso; and of Teresa Lucca, residing with her husband...
intend to celebrate their marriage...
The last part states that with the notification that was made, and by the law, the marriage has met with no opposition or impediment.
