Hi Dolores, I managed to lighten the image which made it a little easier to read. Hopefully these records will be on line soon. This is all that I managed to read:

Birth Record No 51?
Frigento: 8 July 1865, 1 pm
Giovanni Famigliette, son of deceased Michele, 23 yo?, agricoltore, living in Frigento presented a male born 7 July 1865, from Maria Rosa Cipriano, his wife, 23 yo.

You would find this 1865 birth record for Michele Famiglietti on that film No 1448943. It is currently available for loan. To view it, you would need to order it to your nearest Family History Centre, or associate library, if you have one close by. Unfortunatley the film hasn't been digitised yet.
