Help With Italian Records

Post by atanyeri »

I have a number of birth records from Amaroni and Girifalco in Calabria and I can't make sense of any of them with my limited Italian. I am hoping that if someone has time and would send me a translation of the attached document that I'd be able to apply to all the documents I have and hopefully understand them. I would very much appreciate any help someone could give me.
I apologize, but i posted my attachment three times, not understanding how this works and cannot delete it. Sorry!

It's easier for us if you copy and paste the url from the top of the page on family search, as then we can enlarge the document easily.

Francesco was born on Aug 22, 1866 at 10. His father was Raffaele Olivadoti, age 36, a day laborer, and the son of deceased Domenico Olivadoti. His mother was Caterina Cuzzupolo (the surname nowadays has an i and not an o at the end). She was age 28 and the daughter of deceased Lonardo. Francesco was born in the house located on rione S. Girolamo.
