Would someone please translate the attached document? I am trying to determine if Carmine Vitale is my paternal great grandfather.
Thank You

Re: October 29, 1879 Death Certificate of Carmine Vitale
The image needs to be rotated to right...
But I see death of Carmen Vitale, age 59, farmer son of deceased Tommaso, a shoemaker, and of deceased Rosalina Cappiello, a spinner. He was the widower of Maria Fiore(?)
Death on 28 October 1879, declared on 29th.

Thank you very much.
You are correct, I should have rotated the document before I attached it. Now I have a rotated version but don't see how to attache it in this reply. (I am new to ItalianGenealogy.com).
Is there any information on this document describing where Carmine lived? (house #, street name, village, town, province, etc.) If so, would you please provide it?
Thank You

Copy and paste the URL for "Thumbnails for forums" it should allow enlargement to read it more clearly.
Do you know the name of the comune? To me it looks like Quindici, (Province of Avellino, Campania region.
A frazione (village/hamlet) of the Comune of Quindici is Bosagro, which I believe is the village on the death act.
