Can't find Anna Cambora on any passenger lists

My great-grandmother came to the US from Napoli, Italy and I can't find her on any passenger lists.

Her last name has been recorded in a few different variations: Cambora/Campara/Acambora
She came over via the SS Spartan Prince and she arrived in New York on 27 November 1898. I don't know if she was traveling alone or with family. She was born in Agerola in 1885. Any help or a point in the right direction would be hugely appreciated!

Hi, the surname is Acampora right spelling. I found a Anna born in Agerola, joining at Giuseppe Acampora 35 old, her Brother in NY, travelling with Giosuè Acampora, also Brother, and with her mother Maddalena Riti, 55 old.
This Anna travelled by mother maiden name, but her age is 24 on 1898... the arrival matching enough:
