Groom: Antonino Lo Iacono, of Monreale, son of deceased Antonino and deceased Dominica??? (I couldn't find a marriage between Antonino and Dominica, which makes me wonder if I'm misreading it)
Bride: Laura Lo Coco, of Monreale, daughter of deceased Antonino and living Giuseppa

Yes, you have Antonino's parents correct-mother's name would be spelled Domenica.

Do you see the word "del" before the abbreviation for deceased before Filippo's name? It is singular. Only he was deceased. Margherita wasn't.

The marriage took place in the church of S. Francesco in this city of Monreale.

Witnesses: Vincenzo of (delli) deceased Geronimo and deceased Margherita Vaglica of Monreale, and Filippo of deceased Antonino and living Brigida Capizzi of Monreale.
