requesting birth certificate

[sceaminmonkey]

Hello, I am trying to request a birth certificate from Napoli for a friend in addition to my own since I am registered there. I want to know of a cheap service I can use or if anyone has a pre written template I can use to eemail them. I would just use google translate but that obviously wouldnt be wise. Help please
