Hi, I am trying to apply for Italian cotizenship but I am confused. 
My Mother's Grandfather is Italian, he passed it to my Grandfather who passed it to my Mother, which means it's my maternal lineage..right?

Most definitely. Of course, I'm assuming that naturalization dates work out (that is, your great grandfather did not naturalize before your grandfather was born).
