If it is only a promise, how do I find the actual marriage record?

Well, it is both. Marriage promise, the main part, in the town hall, and marriage celebrated in the Cathedral (right column). The date is the same, 7 Nov 1857.

Thank you. I thought that marriage promises had to be publicly posted or announced prior to the marriage date. Therefore, I am surprised that both happened on the same day in this case. Is that unusual?
