Hello all, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could translate the first record on the top left side for Giuseppe DiPressa. He was my great grandmother's brother. Thank you!

Dated 19 September 1888 at 10:30 AM at the town office.
Before the official... in Cassano al Ionio, appeared Salvatore Di Pressa [son of deceased Tommaso], age 39, carriage driver/ cabman, residing in Cassano al Ionio, to declare that at 4 AM on the 16th of the current month, at the house in Via Grurrazzi(sp?), to Francesca Rinaldi, his wife, housewife, residing with him, was born a male child who he presented to the official and to whom was given the name GIUSEPPE DEI PRESSA.
At the recording of the above act were as witnesses Nicola Borrelli [son of deceased Savino] age 39, citizen; and Giuseppe Santini [son of deceased Angelo], 51, citizen, both residing in this town.
Only the witnesses signed with the official as the declarant did not know how.
