Help reading records

The index for 1867 records show Leonardo Dibenedetto, however I cannot make out the #, plus the numbers are written in Italian.
I did search all the records (which are very hard to read) and found this, can someone tell me if this is Leonardo Dibenedetto and if so translate it for me.
