I need someone to translate this Birth Record including the Annotations and I think a death note. Not sure. I can only understand a few words in Italian. This record is from the catalog Italy, Torino, Ivrea Nati 1866 -1884. It is image 123 and 124. It is from Torino, Settimo Vittone.

Grazie to all of you for the translations. I am trying to connect the records to my Father Francesco Perale who was born 11 March 1893 to Maria Lovisetto di Battista in the town of Montealto Dora, Italy and Guiseppe Perale. My father immigrated to The United States and arrived 25 Feb 1916. My grandfather Giuseppe was living in Azeglio. My father when he arrived at Ellis Island went to Red Lodge Montana to stay with his cousin Margarita Lovisetto. When looking up Lovisetto in Montana I found a Pietro Lovisetto and he was from the region Settimo Vittone.
